As a small business, it can be difficult getting your name out there. However, there are great opportunities to utilize social media to help spread word of your brand. Facebook, Instagram, and Snapchat all are social media platforms that allow users to produce “stories” which can be seen for 24 hours. You can even include a link in your story that the user can click on which will then lead them to your website or products. This gives your business a great opportunity to create new content that tells the story of your brand or your product, lets you put a face to the name, and also increases the opportunity for the public to engage with your brand and be brought to your website.
